The shipment of items by mail, take place within 2-3 working days from receipt of the order..
The minimum order is Euro 100

Retur Policity:

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 10 working days from receipt of goods, a written communication by email with acknowledgement of reading addressed to: Tools Bazar - Utensilbazar, info@utensilbazar.it
Such notification must include the product codes that means return, and details on how to reimbursement of expenses incurred (money transfer, transfer, etc..) And any bank.
The products subject to rethinking must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, at the address listed on the shipping receipt.
Once we receive the goods and verificatane integrity will, as soon as possible, to accredit the customer the cost of returned products, retaining, if necessary, the amount of shipping charges that still remain with the customer.
